If you find the item you purchased at a lower cost, please contact customer service with proof of the price difference within 30 days.  Luxus will credit your account with the price difference.

♦ The item must be exactly the same. We do not offer the Luxus Price Match Guarantee on  loose diamonds or gemstones alone. Because we do not sell loose diamonds or gems, we must compare pricing based on the complete piece of jewelry.

♦ Proof of price difference includes: print advertisements from a retailer, links to a retailer website with the product and price listed, or any other authorized and independent confirmation from a verified retailer. We will only refund the difference when compared with a verified retailer. Wholesale web sites, factories, pawn shops or overseas manufacturers will not be considered retail.
