Orders are shipped within 1-4 business days. If you would like Luxus to size your Ring, it will require an additional 2-3 business days before delivery. If you choose to have your local Jeweler size your ring for a custom fit, your ring will be delivered within the normal 1-4 business day window.
Some Jewelry is marked as a Custom Item and is handmade per customer request. Please check the item description for amount of time it will take to construct.
We ship only within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Shipping Insurance
Luxus Jewlery Company ships all items with Shipping Insurance. Shipping Insurance is a Luxus complimentary service.
Shipping Insurance covers damage, loss, or theft of products during shipment. Damage must be reported on the same day as shipment or expected ship date. If you need to report an item that has been damaged during shipment, please call 1.888.656.9452.
Because of shipping insurance, all items are required by FedEx to have an adult signature at time of delivery.
